By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and related policies. These terms apply to the platform, all planet operators, and all users.

Privacy and Anonymity Principles

The platform follows data minimization and privacy-by-default. We do not require personal identity information such as name, email, or phone number unless necessary for security or legal compliance.

Zero-Deception Obligation (Mandatory for All Planets)

• No user in any planet may deceive, mislead, or conceal material information in any form.
• For paid content, member benefits, campaign promises, and product/service descriptions, all statements must be truthful, complete, and verifiable.
• If deception is identified, the platform may impose restrictions, takedowns, suspensions, or termination on the involved user, and cooperate with legal procedures when required.

User Rights and Complaints

Users may report deceptive, misleading, or privacy-violating behavior and may request access, export, or deletion of their personal data. The platform will process reports under platform rules and provide feedback in a timely manner.

Enforcement and Responsibility

If a deception dispute occurs between users within a specific planet, the deceptive user will face strict penalties. The corresponding planet owner also bears supervisory and review obligations and may be held jointly accountable for management failures. The platform reserves the right to investigate, enforce, and impose accountability based on evidence.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are primarily governed by the laws of the United States (excluding conflict-of-law rules). In case of disputes, parties should first seek good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to courts or authorities with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.

Terms Updates

If material updates are made, the platform will provide clear notice and indicate the effective date.
